Terms and Conditions

We can only accept a return if the product is in its original condition. This means that the product has not been used, applied or tampered with.

We strongly recommend using a tracking number provided via email and a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) as they remain your responsibility.

A refund will be issued within 10 business days of Incompletegl receiving your return. The value of the refund is equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s), excluding the shipping cost. You will receive an email upon confirmation.

Faulty Items
Please contact us at support@incompletegl.com.au and include your order number and clear photos of the item with a description of the issue. We will then provide information on how to proceed with the return – you have 5 days from delivery of the faulty item to return it to us.

Please note that any products that appeared to have been used, tampered or opened with will not be replaced.

Wrong address
Shipping information remains the sole responsibility of the individual placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct as we cannot return or refund items once they have been lodged.

We cannot change or redirect your order to a new address once fulfilled and shipped.

Refund
Refunds from a result of a third party losing the order are not feasible. If your order does not arrive or is lost, Incompletegl will perform a full investigation. 
Orders are all subject to delays and will not be eligible for a refund if the package remains in transit. Please contact us if you continue to experience any delays.

Pre-Order:
Orders that contain pre-order products will not be eligible for refund as they are custom made with select & limited quantity.

Shipping Times
All orders are experiencing major delays due to covid-19. 
Australian orders will take up to 2 - 4 days
New Zealand orders will take up to 5 - 7 days
International orders will take up to 2 - 3 weeks

Changes to the terms
Incompletegl reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this page regularly to stay up to date on our policy. Once posted on the website, changes to our Terms and Conditions come into effect immediately.
