In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page. If your order has both, the in-stock items ship first and the pre-order item follows when it arrives.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are paid by the customer.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships, or track it on Australia Post.

Wrong address: please check your address before ordering. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-send it once you cover the new postage.

Lost or delayed parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days of its expected delivery date, email us. We'll lodge a claim with Australia Post, and once it's lodged we'll send you a replacement or a full refund.

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
