Support team won’t reply back

I ordered these the moment they dropped in February. It has now been a month and I haven’t even received any communication from the support team as I reached out on March 10 to get a ETA as this was a birthday gift. On the 11th I was told it was being packed and shipped. This was a lie as the 18th I received a email saying it is shipped. It is now the 28th and the tracking number says “processing”. I reach out to support every other day or so, even from different emails and still haven’t heard anything back as I was trying to cancel it because it would not arrive in time for the birthday date I needed them. The lack of communication has put me in a tough spot that I can’t even cancel the order and even accept it since I don’t know when this will be here.
